Managing AR Emails: Setting Up a Common Email ID

In this article, we'll show you how to configure your AR email ID in Growfin, allowing you to send emails from a common email address and streamline your AR process.

Configure Your AR Email ID

1. Go to Settings

Navigate to Settings by clicking the settings icon on the left-side panel.

2. Access AR Email Settings

Go to Company Settings > AR Email to manage your AR email configuration.

3. Add Your AR Email ID

In the AR Email section, click Add Email and enter the email address you want to use as your AR email ID.

4. Verify Your Email ID

Once added, Growfin will prompt you to verify your email ID. You will receive an email with the subject "Email Verification Request" containing instructions. Click the Verify Email Link button in the email to complete the verification.

5. Grant Access to Other Users

If you want other users to access the common AR email ID, select them in the Allow AR Email Access To field. Users granted access will be able to send emails from the common AR email ID.

6. Start Sending Emails

Once configured, you can start sending emails from the common email address. When composing an email in Growfin, select the AR email ID in the From dropdown menu.

Managing Multiple AR Email Addresses

Growfin allows you to add multiple AR email addresses, enabling you to send collection emails from different addresses based on your business needs. This helps in managing invoice reminders and payment follow-ups more effectively.

This is a paid feature, and if enabled, you will see a + Email button in the AR Email Settings. You can add multiple email addresses by following the same steps as mentioned above.

Functions of AR Email

• Users can select the AR email in their From section when crafting emails.
• Users with access to the AR email can view all AR emails in the Inbox.
• Under Email Conversations, users can switch between "My Email Address" and "AR Email Inbox" for managing communications.
