Account Temporarily Locked


At times, you may encounter a login issue where you receive an error message stating that your account has been temporarily locked. A user account gets locked after five failed login attempts, indicating incorrect credentials input. 


There are straightforward steps you can follow to regain access to your account.





How to Unlock Your Account


If your account is temporarily locked, follow these steps to unlock it:

  1. Click "Forgot Password?"
    On the login page, click the "forgot password?" button.

  2. Check Your Email
    Look for a password reset link in your email inbox (check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it).

  3. Reset Your Password
    Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

  4. Log In
    Return to the login page and use your new password to access your account.
